Pick-up Process:
Follow the signage to park and walk to Shed D with the blue tent out front. Accessible parking spaces will be available. Our staff and volunteers will request your name or order number. All orders will be pre-packed. We will have limited extra trees, shrubs, and planting aids for sale, first-come first-serve. Please verify you received all your items in good condition before leaving the grounds. The customer assumes liability once the order is picked up. The WCCD does not guarantee survival of plants after they leave the distribution event. Can't make it on to pick-up on Friday or Saturday? These are the ONLY days we will have your Spring Tree & Shrub pre-orders available at this location. Here are some options if you can't make it:

Extras sale: Friday, September 20th, 5 - 6 p.m.
We sell any extra trees & native plants on Friday at the end of the pick-up time. Extras sales are first-come first-served. Volunteers also get first dibs on the extras sale before the public pick-up times, sign-up for a volunteer shift today! VOLUNTEER in September, 2024!
Help make these events possible! The Spring and Fall Tree Sale events are supported by the efforts of many volunteers. Volunteers help set-up, plant sorting and prepacking orders, and getting orders to customers. It's a fun way to learn the plants and meet the community of growers. Volunteer BONUS: Volunteers get early access to pre-sales and can pick up their orders early before the public distribution times. Would you like to volunteer with other WCCD distribution events?
